Brooklyn Carter, Consultant & Inclusion Strategist
Brooklyn is a multidisciplinary consultant and inclusion strategist with expertise spanning organizational consulting, digital strategy, and campaign design. With a background in human resources, project management, and strategic communications, she partners with organizations across corporate, nonprofit, and creative industries to strengthen how they operate and grow. Originally from the Midwest, she brings a grounded, community-oriented perspective to every engagement.
A graduate of Howard University, Brooklyn has spent nearly 10 years working at the intersection of people, culture, and business strategy — leading global initiatives through innovative partnerships, experiential events, and integrated marketing efforts. As an avid traveler on the path to visiting 30 countries, she continues to deepen her global perspective and cultural fluency, which informs her work through Pulse to Pivot Consulting — helping clients align people, systems, and strategy to build more effective, inclusive, and scalable ways of working, translating vision into measurable impact.
